Hello! My name is Wendy and i'm the CEO and owner of PMU Luxe Beauty in Wilmington, Delaware. After graduating from the University of Delaware in paralegal studies and working as a paralegal for years i realized i desired more than the 9-5 life working for someone else. I fantasized about becoming my own boss and having my own business. I wanted to make my own rules! 

 

With an existing passion for beauty i decided to take a leap of faith in 2020 during one of the toughest times in the world (Covid-19 of course) and learn from scratch a new skill, permanent makeup. With continued training, hard work and dedication i gained a ton of knowledge. I then opened my very own beauty studio which is now PMU Luxe Beauty formerly known as Brow Muze Studio. 

 

Through the years i’ve learned that great service begins and ends with experience and professionalism. PMU Luxe Beauty has a focus on personalized service and customer satisfaction, always striving to meet and exceed expectations.

My mission is to elevate the modern women's confidence and self-esteem in their natural beauty while helping them save the most valuable thing we have, time!

When i'm not doing permanent makeup or working on my business, i'm spending time with my family, my husband Javi ❤️ and my daughter Genesis ❤️
